Our goals is to provide exceptional performance for all phases during your auto body repairs. Upon accepting a customer, we do everything possible to provide outstanding service. Our staff work conscientiously and to the best of their ability on their assigned tasks; both individually and as a member of a solid team. You will want to be aware at the outset of the policies and practices we will follow in repairing your vehicle: - We are ready to answer your questions regarding your repair, including delivery, during all hours we are open for business. - A written estimate will be furnished upon request. If additional work is required, you will be notified (exception in case of insurance). - The car will be released when you have inspected it and are satisfied with the repairs.

I picked this ventor based on price, location (walking distance from my house), and award on another website, but would not use them again (hope I never have to have any more body work done).
the Friday afternoon deadline. The repair was excellent, making my car look like new. This repair resulted from a hit and run
accident while my car was parked. The other driver did not leave a note.
In addition I paid for a second paint job to the back fender, which was not covered by insurance.
I did a price estimate survey of four other companies before coming to his company, which was highly rated by the
Washington Consumer Checkbook. His prices were in line with the other estimates.
I liked the way his office displayed all of the training certificates that he and his crew had completed very recently.
