Brahim is a truly master at his craft obviously having a true passion for his work and pride in his work product/ customer experience. I have referred him to several neighbors within my condo (pretty discriminating bunch!) and he's received rave reviews all around. He accurately diagnoses the issue the first time around and is more than fair in his pricing, always striving to do the job at hand for the lowest cost possible without unnecessary add-ons / jacking up the price, something so refreshing in itself this day and age. He's a pleasure to work with and always seems to go the extra mile whatever the issue. Based on positive experiences not only mine but by my mom recently, I'm actually looking forward to a Toto bidet installation shortly and have appreciated his (unbiased) recommendations re brand/model (consumer bang for the buck) as well as dealers whether online or brick and mortar in terms of the pricing, rebates and overall policies re returns/exchanges/warranty programs. Aside from the above, he's friendly, punctual, reliable and FULLY COVID-19 compliant. Highly recommend!!

I'm glad I found this business. The plumbers were courteous, and worked quickly to replace the faucet. I would recommend them and consult with this company for another job.

It went better than expected. I forgot his name and it is not on the receipt but I sent an email in requesting an estimate. He called the next morning and we set up time and he came a little early which was not a problem and proceeded to remove the trap and check the drain and then had to go into the pipe in the wall and snake it out a couple of times before getting to the clog and finally getting it open. He had to run up to Lowe's for a part but he was good at his job and i was very happy to have an open drain in less than a day!

Recognizing the task as a small, quick job, Belle View Plumbing worked me into their customer line-up pronto--less than an hour after I called them. And the amount I paid for the service was more than reasonable--far less than most companies charge just for showing up at the house. Impressive customer service!

Plumber answered phone immediately and arrived at the beginning of the time range promised. He did the necessary work quickly and completely.

We called Belle View on the Saturday before Christmas because of a dead hot water heater. Brahim was on the property less than 30 minutes later to assess the situation and provide a quote for the heater and some other plumbing issues we had in other parts of the house. He replaced the unit the next day at a reasonable price, absolutely smooth process, no nonsense. We are very happy to recommend him.

Upon arrival (prompt) he discovered existing faucet needed an adjustment and did not need to be replaced. I saved big $$. Very honest and I will use him again without question.

Difficult install due to narrow space. There was a drip and he came right back and fixed it. I don't judge plumbers on whether or not there are drips since it can take some time for them to build.

Good. He did a great job on the kitchen faucet installation. The recessed water line was a bit sloppy but the end result satisfactory. He was not carefully attentive to the hole he put in the wall to insert the box for the water line. He made a huge hole that was choppy and unevenly cut. He did not keep the pieces of the wall so that I could have made it an easier repair. We used duck tape to seal the area which is behind the refrigerator and not visible but I would have preferred a cleaner job.

Punctual, fixed the problem in minutes.

Ibrahim was the consummate professional. Very responsive, came the next day during the window he gave. Was able to fix the leak and clogged tub for a reasonable charge. Tried 7 or 8 times to snake out the sink clog (talk about not giving up!) But ultimately recommended removing sink to access the clog if it did not let up. Did not force the issue. Time to think and let him know. Would use again and highly recommend!!

I've been really happy with him.  I've had all sorts of problems with my toilets and he was just great.  I just felt like he did a lot of work and I paid a very reasonable price.  I think he is very honest and he will not sell you plumbing services you do not need.  If the job only requires a small fix, he'll give the small fix.

He did a great job and his fee was very reasonable, considering we had an emergency and it was a weekend! We highly recommend Belle View Plumbing!

He found the problem in the bathroom above the room and fixed it quickly.  Another quote I had received was twice as high.  I will be using this company again.  This was the only company I spoke with who was open for regular business until 8 pm.  This is a real boon for people who work and don't discover a leak until after they come home.  

My son poops a lot.  Huge poops.  He's only 7 but he poops like an elephant.
Anyhow, once again my son plugged the toilet, and this time it wouldn't plunge clean.  The toilet just couldn't handle it, and because the toilet sucked, it just ran and ran until water went all over the floor.
I called Belle View Plumbers on Friday afternoon and two hours later Ibrahim came out to snake the toilet (this despite the fact that it was late Friday afternoon).  This would be enough to take care of our #1 needs, but I realized during my wrestling with the toilet that we'd just need to get a new toilet for #2 action.  I asked Ibrahim to come back on Monday with an awesome toilet that could handle the unusual needs of my son.
On Monday, he came back with a normal-looking toilet, but per my request, it had freakish flushing power.  It was installed in less than an hour and he charged a reasonable rate for the toilet (he brought the receipt from when he purchased it) and for his labor.  I would definitely hire him again.

Ibrahim was very professional and prompt.  He came to the house 30 minutes after I called.  I was nervous to turn on my water valves and hose bibs (as a new homeowner, I had failed to winterize them properly).  He explained everything, winterized them, assessed for damage, and recommended that we replace the valve hose bib.  While in the house, he noticed that our toilet was running, checked it out, and made the recommendation that we replace 2 parts.  Appreciate his good service!

He came on the day I called just to check the extent of the work.  Then he was early on the date of service and waited outside. Fairfax water had a problem and would only guarantee that they would shut off water to the house before 2 hours.  The plumber and I brainstormed solutions.  We decided HE would shut it off himself and since he finished the work BEFORE fairfax water came he turned the water to the house on afterwards.  He checked his work again after I paid.  He was so courteous!

The technician was very professional and very clean. Service was completed in about an hour with no incident. One of the best experiences I have had with a plumbing service. I highly recommend Belle View plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely use them again.

I called Friday he was a very nice Gentleman his name was Brahim. He explained to make the cost and everything that he needed to do, and asked me when was my next available day. I said Monday @9am he gave me call around 8:15am to let me know he was on his way. He came on time with all of his tools it took him maybe 30mins, he made sure it was working asked if I needed anything else and that was it. He was very nice and he actually what he was doing I will definitely call him next time I need work done!!
