was using this practice for about 20 years, but sadly most of the doctors retired and the practice was sold. The new group seems very money oriented and pushes any test they think the insurance will cover. I even had a receptionist who told me that if you declined an EKG and then had a heart attack your insurance might not pay. NOT TRUE, This was so absurd I actually checked. I found the new doctor (Shapiro) lacking in empathy and not that easy to share with--not good. Also they would call in prescriptions, but not tell you --leaving it to the pharmacy to let you know, Also not good. I have switched to another practice and now have a doctor who is wonderful Really sad, because they used to be great. a

My experience with them was good.  It was fine.  The medical center is very efficient.  All kinds of doctors happen to be in that one building.  I just had my daughter there in that facility.  I’ve only been here for 4 months.  She’s very efficient and a very good doctor.  I would rate them the best overall.  The availability was fine and I would rate them the best on that as well.  The office environment was fine.  I didn’t wait long.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

She’s a primary care doctor. Although she’s young, I think she is going to make it a pretty good doctor. I like her. She takes time with you. She makes sure she inquires about your other doctors to make sure that she is on the same page with everything. She is a good doctor. She is new to the area. She’s friendly and down to earth. I am so into with my own health issues. I know when a doctor is lacking and that’s where experience is going to help her. The first time she saw me and I told her I have this thing going on with my skin. She said it’s normal for my skin. I wanted to say that she never met me before and she doesn’t know what’s normal with my skin. That’s where experience will come in. You can’t tell a patient what’s is normal to their skin when you met them one time.

They just seem to be pretty disorganized. This practice moved to a new office and they have all new systems and I still think that they are pretty screwed up but I have been going there for a really long time. Maybe I will use them again in the future.

I was told to pay, and I paid it, then they sent me a bill, so, there was disconnect between their front desk and the billing company. I like the doctor, she is personal, and she has dealt with a problem before that, and she has been very good. The staff is friendly.

It went very well, but a little sad. My Dr, Dr. Pulizzi is retiring, was his last day. Mine, my husband and his parents Dr. for close to 50 yrs. He was always very caring and personable.

Despite a morning appointment, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. The doctor was very thorough and easy to talk with.
Since I have been with this practice, as it is covered by my insurance plan, I have been with three different doctors. One left with no explanation. I called for an appointment and was told that she was no longer with the practice. The next doctor was retiring and only available four days out of the month - I guess one needs to plan to be sick. The third is in the process of retiring and is only available three days per week which makes it hard to schedule an appointment with him that is convenient to my work schedule.
The practice does seem to prioritize appointments over walk-ins but still makes patients wait quite a while. I don't know if they are overbooking or what is going on. The staff has been courteous and I have not had any billing or referral issues with them.

It's a practice more than a physician's office. You get the first doctor when you go in. It's not a walk in clinic though. It's easy to make an appointment and the wait is not long. I had a sinus infection and the antibiotics cleared it up.

I chose them for convenience. They're close, and they do walk-ins. They are too quick to use antibiotics.

Dr. Clinedinst is a dependable and very professional physician. I have been seeing Dr. Clinedinst for quite few years now. It is relatively easy to get an appt. You are seen in a timely fashion too. All the staff are GREAT! Angie, Ruth, Iris, to name a few of the staff are fabulous. They are easy to talk with, easy to reach in time of need and ALWAYS get the job done right.Beauregard Medical Center offers a wide variety of services too. They had x-ray, EKG, and a full lab on the premise. It also offers a variety of medical specialties... allergy, cardiac etc.

I was greeted satisfactorally. The waiting room was relatively crowded, and it was well over an hour until I was called back. Dr Amin, an internist, spent a few minutes listening, then asking a few questions. He performed a very cursory examination, then ordered blood work at their lab down the hall. He said he would call me in two days with the results, and if I didn't hear from him to call him. His manner was glib, yet efficient. Within the 4 or 5 minute time frame of our time together, he told me that it may take more time for the symptoms to dissipate, and that I should continue doing everything as I'd done before.
Since I did not hear from Dr Amin, I called his office, as he had told me to do. There was no answer. I tried an hour later. This time, a receptionist answered, took my message, then assured me Dr Amin would call me with the blood work results. No call. The following afternoon, I once again spoke with one of their receptionists, and she informed me that all the doctors were in training that day, and he would return my call the following day. It didn't happen. Now the week end sets in, and on Monday, I was finally feeling better, yet determined to learn what the blood work would tell me. I have learned to understand some of the lab numbers, and I keep all my lab results, such as why I wanted them. I also paid for this information.
On Monday, I reached a recorded telephone menu that gave me the option of speaking with the lab. Bingo! I'll go directly to them and ask them to mail the results. I would by-pass Dr Amin, who I deduced had nothing to say to me, based on his lack of responding to my messages. The lab technician said he would have to get authorization from Dr Amin before sending the results. After waiting 3 more days, I once again spoke with the lab technician, who basically told me the same thing as before.
With the passing of another week--and not hearing anything from the lab technician, Dr Amin, or any support staff at Beauregard Medical Center--I chalked this experience up to that of a learning experience. I will simply not return to this place ever again.

I use them for yearly physicals, allergy shots, and and general appointments. On this occasion, I was in for an general allergy appointment. I was called back to the business office at Beauregard Medical Center (BMC). I was told I had an outstanding bill from 2008! (I seen a doctor two months earlier and was never told this.) They told me I had the wrong insurance information on file in 2008 and I would need to pay the balance to see the doctor that day, but I should call the insurance and they would reimburse me. So I paid to see the doctor that day. When I called the insurance company, they wanted information from BMC. When I contacted BMC and they said they would contact the insurance. I checked in a couple times with the business office over the next few months, and there no progress. Several months later, I spoke to an employee in the business office in person and I was told there was no progress and it was basically my fault because I should have realized the insurance did not pay the 2008 claim by looking at my insurance statements. I asked if it was standard for the business office to take 2 years to realize that a bill had not been paid by insurance and then bill the patient. I did not get an answer.

I did not hear anything back from them after that. I was going to let it drop since it was not worth my aggravation. The more I thought about it, the more it did not make sense. Looking through my records, I found records that I was in the doctor's office twice in 2008 before the visit of question and the doctor's office had my correct insurance information. (Unfortunately, I can not find the receipt from the visit in question.) So seems that the business office have had my correct insurance information. This May, I mailed a detailed letter to the business office and have not gotten a response. In June, I contacted the BBB. The BBB sent three notices in June/July. They did not receive any response.

I mailed the complaint to the doctors in July and finally heard back and finally got the issue resolved.

They are professional, get you into an appointment quickly, and treat you like a person. I have been impressed both times I have gone in there.

He gives us the appropriate time for our visits. The office staff has difficulties with referrals and handling the insurance but otherwise they are okay.
