Beal Contractors

Disappointed with overall result. Two major issues are: window sill had to be removed to accomodate the faucet. When it was replaced, the sill was put an angle length wide, and is slanted front to back. Can't even put a small plant on the window sill and will need to have it redone. Beal Contracting would not re-do. Second, our kitchen floor is not level, and we discussed this with Bill. Previously our countertops were all the same height. In re-doing the floor and installing the bottom cabinets the issue with the floor was not accounted for. Now the countertops, which are all connected, have an almost two inch difference in height from one end of the counter to the other. We were told it would only be about a 1/2" difference.

Disappointed with results. Need to have some work redone.

If you ever need a contractor look no further than Bill.  You may be able to find a cheaper contractor, but I guarantee you will not find a better contractor anywhere for any price!  Bill is absolutely fantastic to work with and the quality of his work is definitely a cut above any other contractor that I have dealt with in the past.  Just as important is his level of professionalism and how willing he is to go above and beyond.  Bill went so far as to take care of a clogged AC drain which was in no way related to the work he was doing for us so we could leave on our vacation on time.  
Most important for me was the level of trust that Bill gave me.  Not only did I trust that the work would be done right, but more important was the level of personal trust that he gave me.  My wife and teenage daughter were both home for the summer while Bill was doing the work, it was very comforting to know that Bill always made sure that he did not impose on them if at all possible and I always felt completely safe with them being there alone while he was there.  That is not something I can say about a lot of contractors that I have dealt with in the past.  During the remodel, there was unfortunately an issue with one of the sub contractors, not only did Bill take care of the issue immediately, but he went out of his way to make sure that we were completely happy with the resolution.  
Bills price may have been a little higher than some of the other bids that we received, but was worth every penny and more due to the quality of work.  In the end the finished product was absolutely spectacular and exceeded our expectations in every way possible.  If we ever need a contractor in the future, I will go straight to Bill without question or hesitation.

Bill Beale is one of the most professional, honest, cooperative, and flexible contractors I have ever met. I would have him build a whole new house for me if he did that kind of work. He is just great! I don't know how else to describe it. EVERY SINGLE part of the job was perfection!  If I made changes, he was fine with it. If I didn't like the way something turned out, he immediately fixed it to my satisfaction without any fussing about it. And nothing was disliked because of his work--just some things weren't quite what I envisioned when they were actually done.

Bill does almost all the work himself with the exception of those things like electrical that require a licensed professional. He is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone for any job.

The owner Bill Beal did a phenomenal job remodeling our kitchen and basement (which included bathrooms). He does most of the work himself. When he needs to use other contractors (drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical) he uses people (equally credible) he has worked with for some time and monitors all of their work. He is extremely HONEST and dependable. He tells you what it will cost and made adjustments when I changed my mind. He completed the job in the promised time frame. I have had him do other jobs since (without getting estimates as I trust him to do quality work) and will continue to use him.
