They came out and did estimate then we hired them and they showed up and could not speak any English and my husband was not home so they left. They never called and rescheduled. We went with another company and now we keep getting bills for $95 for the estimate and it specifically says on their web site free estimates. Then we called and spoke to very very rude owner - last year when he sent bill (he said at that time he would erase the charge and again today when we got another bill for the same charge. This time my husband called and Eddie Roca was rude to my husband and then to me too! He said we can’t expect his company to come out and give estimate for free!!! His own website says free estimates!! Do not use this company. We have neighbors who have shared horror stories. Stay away.

Had an amazing experience with Eddie and the team from Atlas. The quote was great, fast, and when they came finished the work in 2 days, with a perfectly working system. Well beyond my expectations. Fully recommend. Their 33 years of experience really showed; there's no improvising here. I read all the other reviews and most of the not-5 stars have to do with communication, but that was not me experience at all. Eddie always got back to me right away. Fully recommend.

In addition to how challenging it has been to schedule this company, and to get them to finish the work, the account rep, Eddie Roca, has been incredibly rude to me. I will never use this company again.

Atlas was unresponsive after obtaining a quote throughout the fall of 2013. They did come close the system. In Feb 2014 Eddie Rivas contacted me to take schedule the job, and we agreed upon the price. Snow got in the way of the first scheduled date, and on 3/24 the crew arrived to work. Just one problem - they thought they were installing one head, when the work was far more extensive, requiring more time than the crew had. They indicated that the office would be in touch to reschedule. One week went by, and I sent an email as well as called. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to messages. One more week has gone by and there is no follow up, although I have received marketing emails to sell services.

Update 9/2014 - Our builder contacted me for references on the irrigation firm that handled our neighbors irrigation systems because Atlas was unresponsive to their requests for new installations.

Horrible, they still want to charge me more as a minimun payment, but I refused to accept

FROM THE INSTALLMENT OF THE SYSTEM 7 YEARS AGO UP TO THE PRESENT, ATLAS HAS DONE A GOOD JOB. ONLY ONCE DID THEY COME AND NOT PERFORM THE WORK I REQUESTED. WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME BACK THEY AGREED AND SHOWED UP PROMPTLY.
