There was a leakage from the roof and they did repair it. The person that came presented themselves well. I believe that they did a good a job!

I saw favorable reviews for ASA Roofing on Angie's List. I called them up and was able to make an appointment for the following day. Antonio, from ASA Roofing, showed up the next day for an inspection. He was honest and straight forward. He told me what the problem was following the inspection. Once I received and accepted a proposal the next day, repair work began within 48 hours. The work crew arrived as scheduled and promptly got to work, and they were done before noon. I sincerely appreciate the quick turn-around time, the professionalism exhibited by the office personnel, the work crew, and Antonio, and the 5% discount that I received on my bill.

Pretty good. A little trouble with communication at the beginning. I felt I had to ping the owner Antonio for when work was going to be done after his inspection. Once the inspection was done, the work followed pretty quickly. It was nice they accepted a 5% coupon from Angie's list. They were so respectful to my wife who was home when the work was done and that was very important to me. The cost at first took me by surprise at $802.00. However, getting the repair materials, hauling up the tools and equipment to the roof and the danger of working on the roof, the cost seemed reasonable. I will hire these guys again, but I think perhaps more of get back to you within 24 hours for each conversation would be helpful.

Positive: Responded immediately to my search in Angie's List, the estimator Austin came the next day. We had just discovered a roof leak and wanted to fix it before expected rain. They were our first estimate and we decided to go with them based on their positive reviews, but I can't say if their price was good. Came within a few days to do the job. We had heavy rain today, and the repair seems to have worked. Why B grade (would give A- if choice): Communication has been pleasant, but the job email didn't say what time workers would come. I both wrote and left a voice msg asking when they would arrive, but no one got back to me that morning. We were surprised when the guys came, but of course we were home due to pandemic. We wanted the leader to come inside (with mask) to see exactly where the leak was. The job consisted of two parts, but the crew didn't know about the second part. I had to read the contract to them, which was strange. However, they had the materials and were able to get it done. The crew did a good job, the estimator seemed honest. In spite of the glitches, I would consider hiring them again for repairs.

Best Ever! Water was coming through the kitchen ceiling whenever we had a hard rain. After reading Angie's List, called ASA. Unbelievable! Estimator came out that afternoon, got up on roof, explained problem, repair people came same day - roof is better than before - leak fixed! Everyone we dealt with was professional, smart, and kind. Pretty Amazing! Thanks Angie and ASA!!!

I give Antonio and ASA Roofing really high marks for responsiveness, customer service, and taking the time to get the job right. We were having leaks amid all the rain, and called ASA Roofing and a couple of other highly rated firms. ASA came out quickly, explained the problem well, provided a detailed, cost-effective estimate, and did the work within two days. What makes them stand out, though, is when there was a small problem, they immediately got on the case, took responsibility, and made the repair almost instantly. Their customer focus is amazing, and Antonio and his crew communicated quickly and clearly at every turn. I highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish. Happy not to have to replace roof but no surprises that it needed a number of repairs thanks to age. Antonio walked the roof, showed me photos of needed repair locations (including replacement of attic exhaust fan) and returned with a price for those fixes. Once we agreed, his team was on site within days and the work was done that day and (to the best of my ability to determine) extremely well. Cleanup was complete. Only time will tell but I'm very pleased with the company and the work done.

Answered my call right away, showed up within two hours for an estimate and completed the work within 24 hours. The hole they fixed in my roof looks good as new. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

WOW! This company is amazing!! Fixed the roof issues and let me know I had other issues around the chimney which they were able to fix the same day. They guarantee their work. Definitely have my forever roofing company!

ASA was able to come inspect the roof on the same day. Separate crews fixed the roof and ceiling. Overall, I am very satisfied with the. The reason I gave a "B" rating for quality is that the internal ceiling repair required two attempts (paint bubbled and peeled the first time) and the paint did not match the rest of my ceiling. The roof has held, however, and that was the important part!

ASA Roofing owner came out promptly, inspected my roof, and submitted an estimate within a short time. The repair crew arrived on time, completed work, and cleaned up all work debris. The repair appears to be satisfactory; no further leaks. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous.

ASA was very easy to work with. They allowed me to use special shingles, too.

It went perfectly, just as they said it would. The roof was perfect, and they cleaned up the mess. I recommend them, for sure!
