Although the price is reasonable for the area and the apartments are decent, I recommend avoiding Archstone and finding a management company that responds to your problems promptly and professionally.
Description of Work: I rented from this management company and have been repeatedly shocked at how horrible the customer service is. We have had to call in repairs 3-4 times per repair prior to getting service-in one case waiting 3 weeks(and 4 calls)to have our kitchen sink fixed. Water is periodically turned off without notice, although the company claims to have "posted a notice" by the mailboxes. At best, the notice is for the wrong day.
