Lawn Tool Repair

I was charged a $45 deposit in advance and asked to have my power washer hose repaired. I was told it would take 7-10 days. On the 7th and 8th day, I called and left a VM message. No response. I called the 9th day and was told he would check on the status of the power washer and would have someone call me back. No response. I called again on the 10th day and left a VM message. No response. I went to the office that afternoon and was told that they called and left me a VM message a week ago, saying that I had the wrong hose. I never received a VM message. I asked to have my $45 and the machine returned. I was told the machine was still apart in pieces and I couldn't pick it up for 4 more days. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt and if they left me a message (which I did not receive), why not call me back to discuss the problem. Terrible customer service!!
