any appliance services

I had services performed on my 5 year old front-load Kenmore washer. I paid $75 in cash (with a receipt). The washer was said to only have issues with the hose kinking (no parts or repair needed) why the water is running out of the top and side of the machine. I had a load of laundry in the wash when the repairman came. ONLY that ONE load washed. I have not been able to get the machine to work again. I have a 30 warranty for the service. I called on Monday 4/8/19 and left a message. I called back on 4/10 and was told I was not here when they called and a bunch of other foolishness that was not true. 4/12 I was told a tech would be here at between 9 am and Noon it is WELL AFTER Noon and the tech is not here. I am not able to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my text. THE MAN THAT ANSWERS IS RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! When he arrived at almost 1:20 pm he tells me I need to pay the difference to fix what was not fixed correctly. I put him out of my house. He was dragging his feet and taking his time leaving my home just to aggravate me after I told him I paid once and the service was not performed correctly and I was not paying again!

He did the work and it is okay. Problem was that he arrived without the appropriate part and it took an extra day to get it and then another day for him to come back and install. Pricing advertised was not as cheap as it sounded, but it was not extraordinary. Seemed to be part of a big chain. Would not say quality of experience met what most people expect from American contractors. Not bad, not great.

The technician (Ken) came out because our oven was not heating up.  He explained that heating element was dead.  He said they could order it, but we may able to get it quicker and gave us the part number and showed us how to order it online.  He told us that when they came back the price of the service call would apply towards the repair.  When the part came in, they then said the price of the service call would only go towards the repair if we ordered the part through them.  Since we already had it, that wasn't a possibility.  The technician admitted that he said this, but said that they would not honor it.  The owner agreed and was upset that we would not use them to install it, even though they would not honor what they said.  Found another company to do it for half the price.
While the technician was very courteous and helpful while initially at our house, they lied to us to try to charge us money.

He was very professional. This is the 2nd time I've used Any Appliance in the past few months. Previously they came out to repair the hose in my washer. They came same day I called and they were very prompt.
I felt that they are knowledgeable and gave me a fair price. The second time I called they gave me a 20% discount. This is why I called again. I would definitely use them for appliance repair in the future.

Awesome! I called at aprox. 1030am on Saturday. Was told repairman would be at my home between 1130-1230. Ken arrived at 1045 and fixed my dryer. Drum rollers in dryer needed replaced, had parts with him. Rates were fair/competitive and he was very professional. Will definitely use them again. Cannot beat having someone fix an appliance when called!

our 30 year old Whirlpool dryer suddenly stopped working and thought
we'd have to spend 800 or more on a new one. Called Any Appliance
Services and asked if they fixed something that old - they said no
problem and a service technician was at our door in under an hour.
Never had someone respond that fast.
Technician Ken diagnosed the problem in a few minutes - a burned out temperature
sensor - said these were some of the most reliable dryers around and explained what it would cost to fix.
Relieved it was far less than what I expected to pay for a replacement. He fixed in a matter of minutes and was on his way.
Highly recommend this responsive and reasonably priced company.
