John was on-time and treated the basement. He also inspected the side of the house for ants. He couldn't treat the whole perimeter as there are other workmen prepping and painting the trim on the house. He did find ant trails and treated those. He also found that there was an ant trail up a tree near the house that had leaves resting on the power lines. He suggested that the tree be trimmed away as the ants could use the power line to gain entry to the house. He was very thorough and within a few hours of his departure, no more pests!

The technician showed up promptly, was friendly and competent, did a complete inspection, and recommended a much less extensive (and expensive) procedure than the other proposal. His recommendation was that long-term treatment was optional if it would give us peace of mind, but he didn't think it was necessary. In case we did want to go ahead with it, his quote was less than one third the cost of the other proposal.

We last used them in June.? I would use them again.? We've never thought about changing.? He's very nice, very thorough, and tells us if there is a problem.? He's very good.

Everything went well. Service rep was punctual, professional, and knew what he was doing. I rated the price as and quot;goodand quot; because it was on the top end of others I had contacted, but since there were no problems with the service it was worth it.

I have an annual contract with Allstates to inspect for termites and carpenter bees and spray a preventative treatment around the exterior of my home. In the last 20 years of having their service, I have had no termites. They show up annually without my having to call and schedule their visit.

They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. We took over the ownership of a home that they have been treating for the past 7 years. I called to find out exactly what service had been performed on the house in the past and what services would required to continue inspections and treatment of the house. They explained that the main treatment of the house was done several years ago and that to maintain the warranty with them we would need to have the house inspected each year (they also do a perimeter spray when they do the inspection). After talking to several other companies, we decided to continue our service with them. They were reasonably priced and we felt they would continue to provide good service.

Overall, the experience has been good. They were recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I've used them for 20+ years. It's not done by appointment, so they come on their own to treat the house, then leave a payment envelope on the porch. I haven't had any termites, and we've had no problems. I'm happy with their services.

They came out and checked all around the foundation for evidence of any termite or carpenter ants (there was none). Then they sprayed around the foundation a preventative chemical that does not harm the foilage. They were on time and were efficient.

Both the office staff and service tech are friendly, courteous, and professional. The office staff calls when the quarterly service is due to inquire if we have been experiencing any particular problems we'd like addressed and schedules a convenient time if we want interior service that visit. When the service tech arrives he immediately double checks that our small children are not in the house before starting. The tech is very thorough and follows up regarding any problem areas mentioned when we scheduled the appt. We noticed far fewer bugs in the house since we switched to Allstates from our prior provider, they are competitively priced, and friendly to deal with.

They treat the exterior for termites, mainly, and I haven't had any infestations, so I don't think I've ever had them in the house. It's relatively inexpensive. I have nothing to criticize them for.

They're very dependable and thorough. They operate in a friendly manner. If you have any questions or concerns, they don't hesitate to answer.

They are always here around the same time every years. We usually know how much it costs. If I ever have any problems with pests they will come out at no cost to me.

I was very pleased from start to finish. AllStates' estimate and services were very competitive, including beating a major brand by a good amount. I thought John showed conscientious effort by going through the difficult task of extracting much wood from the crawlspace ground that I had no way of knowing about. He and his partner showed competence and a good natured demeanor the entire time. Both were polite and they worked diligently on a hot day.

John or Kelly comes every month and does a great job. If we need them in between visits, all we have to do is call. They are always on time and are very professional with the job they do. We are very happy with their service.

I guess they do a good job, because I have not seen any termites unless they are well hidden. I do believe this is a company that is worth the time and money investing into.
