The costs were reasonable and the work guaranteed for 3 months. I would use this service again. My only difficulty was in locating the shop. It is on a second floor and not easy to access. If the business was better marked, I'd give them an A+.

They were able to do the repair while I waited. Very clear and courteous service and well done repair.

This is a very small shop, and I appreciated the comments on yelp that it was located above Panera. Not sure I would have found them otherwise. The owner saw me entering the building with eyeglasses in hand and directed me to their shop, saying he would be back in 5 minutes, which he was. He looked at my glasses and indicated that they would require their most expensive repair ($65), which he explained thoroughly. I went to Panera to think about it as I plan to replace these glasses in a few months. I decided it was worth it as they are bifocals and cost over $500. A lady was now working the desk and she was not very personable. The owner had offered a cash discount since their credit card machine was broken, but she said that was the discounted price. I went ahead with the repair anyway. They said the repair would take about 30 minutes, and when I returned my glasses were fixed. I was pleased with the quality of the service but gave a B rating due to the attitude of the second person (lady) who I dealt with there.
