"The customer kind of blind sided us here. Can't really comment on something we did in April of 2018. It would have been nice if the customer had left a review closer to the time we did the job so we could remember something about it. We have no idea what was accomplished and why we charged what we did. By the looks of the invoice, it was 3 or 4 hours worth of work. The invoice only says that we troubleshot the kitchen and garage outlets.This is strange. If you look over our other reviews, you can see we are highly rated. This customer must have us confused with another company. If it is us the customer is thinking about, I can assure him that he was not ripped off. We are a fair company and charge a rate the is lower than most others in the Metro area."
"The low voltage lights were poorly installed and done against code in the first place. There were transformers buried in the ceiling. We advised that proper recessed lighting should be installed. Then we had to wait around for an additional 1/2 hour for the customer to show up with another outdoor light for us to replace. We did not charge anything additional for waiting around. If anything we under-charged. We can't repair what is not repairable."
"We are sorry you were not satisfied with the price, but we gave the price upfront before we scheduled the appointment and you were OK with scheduling the appointment at that price."
"Just goes to show, you can't please everyone. We do try our hardest though. The customer installed her own lights and asked us to come in and clean it up after she was finished. You can only polish something like this so much. If we had been called in to do the job from the beginning it would has looked a lot better."
