Superb! When I contacted them for an estimate, Pat came out the next business day; sent me estimate the same day. They initially said they had a 2-3 week wait time but they'd try to work me in. The office checked in with me via email just to let me know projected timeframes. They had an opening on May 31; sent me an email that morning and were there in the afternoon. Very professional; cleaned up thoroughly; matched the shingles perfectly. Price was very reasonable. Would certainly use again and highly recommend.

There was initial misunderstanding but they worked with us to correct the problem.

Alexandria Roofing was fabulous to work with. The kept in great communication every step of the way. Weather and unforeseen things on prior jobs obviously create a fluctuating schedule. They were wonderful in emailing me how many weeks/days they anticipated being from starting my roof. They were fair and honest when it came to their recommendations. When we had the initial meeting to look at my roof they told me that if it were their personal roof, it was in good enough shape to have waited about 2 years for replacing. I was pleasantly surprised but we had just moved into the home and knew it was on it's final years so we decided to "bite the bullet" and take care of it early. I was also very impressed when they called me mid-job and told me that the skylights on my roof were the wrong skylights for my pitch of roof and should be replaced. I didn't know what to believe because they hadn't caught this issue prior to sending me the quote for work. Because of this, they told me (without me even showing concern or disappointment) they would perform the work and only charge me for materials at their cost. I was so pleasantly surprised. When asking an acquaintance of mine in the construction business about the pitch of roof and different skylights, he confirmed with me exactly what I was told by the roofing company.
The workers the week of installation were very nice and courteous and always cleaned up each evening very well. 
It is hard to feel like people do honest business anymore, especially on high price items like a new roof. However, I really felt like I was being taken care of and looked after with integrity by the people at Alexandria Roofing. It felt like they were in my corner and really were interested in honest business, not just putting on another new roof and cashing the check.

Patrick and his team were great.  Due to the nature of the damage we were actually unsure of how substantial the repairs would need to be, however, we were given a baseline quote and then a range for what the cost could be once the opened up the roof.  The crew was efficient and professional.

They delayed the start date by months. Each week we were told it would be another few weeks.
They represented that we would get one type of tile and put on another claiming it was what we wanted. I am sure that is what the response will be here. Broke the hardie plank in some spots and tried to claim it was an inferior product ( masonite). We checked with an expert and it was hardie plank. They never responded about fixing the hardie plank. Front of the house where the roof meets the gutters is not level.
So far the roof appears to not be leaking.

Alexandria roofing put on a new roof for us several years ago and did a good job. Last month, we developed a small leak and they showed up within a day to examine the roof. They diagnosed the cause for the leak as most likely being from an attic fan vent put in after the roof had been installed. They came back shortly and put new sealant around the vent and fixed the problem. They also plugged a leak in the flashing around a gutter To my amazement, the company considered it warranty work and didn't charge me.



Inasmuch as the leak problems I had were probably not due to any fault in the original roofing job by Alexandria Roofing, I thought their prompt repair and consideration of it as warranty work were extraordinary. They gave me the benefit of the doubt and fixed my roof.



Alexandria Roofing has always done good work for us. They stand by their work and are responsive. I would recommend them without reservation.

Job went well and was completed quickly.

The start was delayed two weeks due to too cold temperatures. The scheduler kept me posted as to the possible start date so I could open the back gate for easier access to the high roof. They arrived on time, moved the outdoor furniture out of the way, and began working. At the end of the day they cleaned up and departed. You couldn't tell they were here.
One problem emerged because the silver furnace vent pipe was replaced by an improved black pipe (this was in the contract but I thought they were just referring to the base, not the entire pipe). After the Home Owner's Association mentioned the color didn't match others in the community, they came out and immediately replaced it without any additional cost. Although it took a couple of days to find an appropriate replacement, it was swapped out at the first opportunity. Everyone was professional from start to finish to include the office personnel I spoke with.
Discuss every little thing in detail. I'm pleased with the results and will email the Home Owner's Association with their name, number, and my recommendation.

The snow damaged the roof and gutters. They were very responsible. They came back and fixed snow damage to the roof and gutters and never charged me.

They stand behind their work. They do good quality work. They are not always the cheapest you can find, but again they stand behind the work and its high quality. They have been around for a while.

I spent about $4000 for their service. The job was done in a day and they cleaned up as well. They had a competitive bid. They had a backlog, so they couldn't get to the job, but it was done in a day when they did do the job. It was also done professionally.

The person in charge from Alexandria Roofing Co kept me updated on the project. The project was finished smoothly. The final price came up to the price that was quoted initially. Their price was better than other quotes that I had received at the time. The work was started on time as decided. The job was completed on time, even after I threw in one or two additional tasks. The workmanship on the job was good. The person in charge had a check list of everything. He walked me through the finished work and everything looked fine. He was very professional and friendly. He kept me updated and also educated me on what to look for.

They also had to renail other slates that were about to fall because the nails were rusted. They were very quick and did the job then and there. They did a very job and left no cracks, which is why I was happy to pay the price. They were just wonderful. They didn’t mess up a single thing. They were very friendly, very kind, and extremely professional. My experience with them was very good.

From the first phone call they were courteous, prompt, and followed through. They were great about answering questions. There were no surprises and no pressure. When the roof was completed they returned for a final inspection (walked the roof) to make sure the work was done satisfactorily. We were very pleased with their work.

I was satisfied with them though their estimate was on the higher side. I liked that the person who came knew the area and has been in the industry for a long time. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were a little slow in responding to me.

They did a great job. They were honest, punctual, cleaned up after themselves, had high quality workmanship and had a great price (compared to the other competitors from which we got quotes). I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you have a flatter roof (they had a lot of experience with this type of roof). There was a little extra cost above the original estimate due to replaced roof wood that had rotted out, but that was expected because we had a leak.

It was great. They specialize in the type of roof we have so they are great at flat roofs.
