 + -1 moreContacted this group about managing a rental property. I gave them the address and rental price and they were very interested. They made a point to tell me that time was of the essence in order to get a good price for the rental. I sent them an email saying they were hired, and they contacted my tenants to set up a time to inspect the property. But a week later they called me back and said they didn't want to manage the property after all. This was frustrating, because I now have less time to find a new tenant. It was ironic, because these were the same people who emphasized the importance of starting early.
