Alexandria Granite and Marble

We had problems but the customer service to resolve issues was impressive. They found a flaw in the original granite at the time of installation. Even though I had not seen it, they let me know and took it back. I had not bought the kitchen granite from them. Their job was to fabricate and install. Because the granite must come from the same lot, they had to drive to Richmond to get another slab. Because of kitchen schedules they had to come back several times to install different sections. I originally picked a quartz counter top for the laundry room that I was later not happy with. The day before the initial installation I called them to ask if it was too late to change. They said to come out and pick again. They spent time with me and kept working with me to make sure I got what I liked. Odetta was so patient and helpful. Juan was just great. Not only does he excel at providing excellent service his work is very professional and high quality.
