Alexandria Framing

The sales person was incredibly unhelpful. We thought we were going to an art & framing company that would be able to help us with what really worked with the painting that we had. There was only one man there, and he wasn’t very willing to help. I explained to him that the reason why I was using a framing company was because the piece was important to us and we wanted some input on what really worked well on this painting. It was like pulling teeth to try to get him to pull out different samples. Finally, I selected one that I thought would look okay. When I got the painting back, it does look decent, but I spent a lot of money that on something that I got inferior results on, simply because the sales person was unwilling to help. They told us that they’d call us within three weeks once the painting was framed, but never did.
