 + 3 moreAs of today, over 7 months later, the contractor has not completed the project and attempts to resolve outstanding items are riddled with excuses, insufficient accounting and back-up, errors in math, failure to perform to contracted expectations and timelines were not met. Contractor did not obtain proper Fairfax County permits (as per our contract and county requirements) and decking structures were not completed and what was done was not built to code.
Description of Work: Eric never finished the job, continued to make promised never kept and ignored Fairfax County permit requirements and contract timelines.
