I eventually paid for the trip charge and I can't believe he called customer service and told them that he only told me $100. It didn't make sense.  Its the principal I can't believe that he would complain and charge me more as soon as he got out of his car. He didn't even look at the lock.

The fact that he yelled at me. I am a customer and it's rude and disrespectful. I felt threatened and did not feel safe with the technician that was sent out to my home because of his erratic behavior.

He came out and they charged $400 plus travel expenses for one hour of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. Another locksmith could have done the same job for much less.

I was told the price would be $200.00 so I contracted for them to come out to do the work.  But the final charge was 3 times the quoted amount.  A real "bait-and-switch"!!
