ADT work with contractors whom are fraud and to bait and switch. They tempt you with great deals and then when they come to your house they start putting pressure on you with all kind of facts that make you spend more money. They leave parts of the security system out of there "Promises" and obviously, you will need these items in order complete you security system. That's the whole idea of bringing them out at the first place. They are scam artists. Be careful - they are good at it. When you call ADT - They throw you to the dogs and say "We can't help you, you need to speak to Safe Haven - only they can take care of you". Be careful - You will be stuck between a scam company "Safe Haven" with a contract that if you try to end (After a week - You will need to pay 1200$) and ADT that don't care about their customers. I have been with ADT for years and I'm leaving them for life on my residential and business accounts for the way the treated me. (As soon as I finish my current contract. been on contract for 2.5 years on my business account and if I want to leave - I need to pay 719$). Be careful signing anything with ADT or anyone affiliated with ADT. I hope this will help other not fall where I have. It hurts Greg Krowitz
