Accurate Glass Work

A frameless glass shower enclosure with a door installed by Accurate Glass and it was done correctly. Unfortunately, the seal at the base of the shower door was falling apart and Accurate Glass agreed to replace it. At the same time, I noticed that a small area on the shower door handle was blemished and asked for them to replace it. The owner said no after four months since installation and insinuated that I caused the damage. This is nonsense and why would I ruin the handle after spending a large amount of money to customize the shower stall. I would not recommend this company since they do not stand behind their product.

Accurate repaired the shower door and it fits perfectly. Most importantly they were responsive, pleasant and willing to work with me. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy with them that I am going to have them come back and replace the glass in my sliding doors.

They have always done a good job for us! They've responded to phone calls late in the day and provided glass for us by the next day in some cases. In other cases, no other glass company would do a custom table top with hole cutouts using a physical template, but they did it. We are always pleased with their work.

Called on a Tuesday and they were able to be out on Friday.  (They might have been able to get out sooner, but I didn't ask.)   They said they'd be here between 3 and 5 and they showed at 4:45.  I count that as perfectly acceptable.  The quote was the price.

The provider came out and looked at our shower and went through a book of options and recommended a set up for us, which we selected.  He came back and installed it.  Immediately it began to leak where the two doors come together.  He came back and adjusted the flashing on it.  It continued to leak. And I'm talking about a puddle outside of the shower the size of a dinner plate every time we showered, not just a few drops.  Several appointments were no shows. He ended up saying that our shower "hearth" tipped outward and we needed to redo our whole shower and have a tile guy out and there was nothing he could do about it.  Well, the pitch of the shower hadn't changed since he originally saw it and installed the door and the the old doors in the same shower didn't leak.  The contractor we had out to look at it after Accurate glass told us (1) we never should have installed this type of door in our shower, (2) he installed it toward the outward edge rather than the inward edge of the shower hearth (or whatever it's called) which causes the water to pool there and it wouldn't leak had the door been flush with the inside rather than closer to the outside edge.  All in all, we are going to spend more money fixing this error than we paid for the doors.  And Accurate has accepted no responsibility for recommending the wrong doors.  Very disappointing. 

Punctual and professional.  Fast installation and tidy.  Excellent price.  When I asked about water-stripping for a shower glass door to prevent minor leaking, they replaced the existing stripping with a better product for FREE in less than 5 minutes.  Water tight! Great customer service.
