They came in with another company and they worked together. I wanted my money back. The water came in thru the basement. I rented a shopvac, and two fans for $81. They charged me $1200 for that. They were lousy and I had some more guys in to fix the leak again. I will never use them again, and I wouldn't recommend them.

The provider agreed to give me an estimate for service. No charges were mentioned, and there is no fee information on the website. The provider arrived punctually and was at the house for approximately 45 minutes, part of it waiting for my husband to arrive to confer with him. When my husband arrived, he declined service. The provider charged $250. Given that no charges had been previously mentioned, and that $250. is not the industry standard for an estimate (based on calls I made to other providers both before after the fact), I feel that the charge was excessive. I subsequently spoke with the provider, and he declined to refund any part of the fee.

I had to replace an area of damaged carpet in my house as my housecleaning company had burned it.  He worked on a square area on the stairs.  It was paid for by the housecleaning company because they are the ones who had damaged it.  The person from Acclaimed Home Solutions was very professional and wonderful to work with.  I have referred him to somebody else too.

Rick was very accomodating and was able to perform this service within 24 hours of the first phone conversation with him.The work was completed in a professional manner, took less than an hour to complete, and the landing looks brand new.
