The arrangement I got was no were near the picture of the arrangement that my children paid for through 1-800-flowers.  This shop was the one who put it together and delivered it. They only gave me 1/3 of the actual flowers that I should have received.  I tried calling them but no one would answer the phone so I called 1-800-flowers and got them to issue a full refund.  I still went to the store  the same day to give them a piece of my mind.  The store is a dump attached to a 7'eleven store.  All they could say was am sorry.  I bet you they did not expect anyone would catch how dishonest they really are.  I will make sure to let everyone know how dishonest they are.  I also kept the tiny arrangement for my time, gas and for how they ruined my present from my kids who were trying to do something nice for me.  But let me add I would have gladly returned it if it would of jeopardize my children from getting back their refund.
Just keep this in mind when you order from the 1-800 companies because you never know which florist will be doing your arrangement.  It is always better to do your research and order directly from a highly rated florist instead of these on line ones
