The technician broke a mirror, did not tell me, and did not do a great job of cleaning up the glass. Also left the showerhead unattached, so I could not use it until I fixed it myself. The quality of the tub resurfacing was fine but otherwise, I was not happy.

I had a great experience with this company. They were punctual, and the person doing the bathtub reglazing, Miguel, was very efficiente and open-minded. The job was not an easy one, because it entalied reglazing a bathtub with a shower door that could not be removed, but Miguel adapted to the situation, did a great job, and was also very corteous. Plus, the price was very fair. I would hire them again!

I had my kitchen counters resurfaced. My kitchen is very small and not a lot of counter space. I wanted to spruce up my counters rather than replace them. The final "product" was beautiful. It was a lengthy process (7 hours) and a bit more pricey than I expected. However I felt it was worth it.

The work was excellent but I had a hard time getting the owner to answer my phone calls. I still don't have a receipt or the guarantee.

I had delayed on the project worried about the mess and fumes in the house and what if not done properly - I wish I had called VIRGINIA BATHTUB REFINISHING 3 years ago ... its beautiful. The attention to detail, the care of the surroundings, the cleanliness, the pride in his work and the satisfaction of delivering a great product were exceptional. Can't recommend highly enough - my bath was very old and the enamel was badly chipped to where you could see the wrought iron/metal base - incredible how he refinished it - looks like new! LOVE IT - THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic work! We had the tub refinished and it looks brand new! Great communication, great price, and able to schedule this work quickly. My only regret is not having this done sooner, so definitely recommend!

They did GREAT work! The only thing that was a little tough was communication. They would be either really responsive or kind of off the the grid. Overall, we had a good experience with them and they did great work.
