We found Mr. Perez and VA Construction prompt, courteous, communicative, timely and neat. They were running a little late one morning and called to let us know where they were (at Home Depot) and when they would arrive (in 20 minutes - which they did). They picked up this job after we had terminated a previous contractor and did an excellent job fixing what had been poorly done and completing the work in the very tight time frame alloted. Mr. Perez even came by on Sunday to perform one minor touch up for us! We are very impressed and look forward to working with Mr. Perez and VA COnstruction in the future.
