He really cares about doing a great job and we love our updated bathroom and powder room! He and his team show up punctually and do all they can to complete jobs as efficiently as possible. Adhemar and his team were excellent. This was no standard kitchen remodel. It included removing a load bearing post and replacing a reinforcing beam, plus the usual kitchen work with refinished cabinets, backsplash, new countertops, electrical, plumbing, and some new appliances. Adhemar and his team were reasonably priced and performed superbly! I highly recommend Adhemar Perez.

The company's owner, Adhemar Perez, was on site every day.  Every stage of the project was completed on time, within budget and up to code and my husband's high standards.  They left the job site clean at the end of every day.  We were actually able to live on the first floor while they worked on the second floor.  The crew was professional and respectful.  

The finished product was stunning.  All of their work was excellent -- from big projects like framing, drywall and plumbing to detail work like staining the stair railing to match what was already there and placing the marble tiles just right in the bathroom.

I can't recommend this company and its owner highly enough.  We are actually using them again right now on another major project in our family room.
