Karen was an excellent agent from start to finish.  I spoke with her as well as a number of other agents as we were looking to start our search for a new home.  After speaking with her for some time and getting some good suggestions on the initial call we met with her and started our search in person.

Through out the entire process Karen was very responsive and always available to help.  She went the extra mile to make up for a very poor sellers agent that went on vacation for 3 of the 5 days before closing.  She and her office ran around to get the extra information that was missing while the sellers agent was MIA.

We will be using her again when we go to sell our home and recommending her to others.

They are real estate agents who get commission on houses sold. They helped us search for houses and eventually find one and buy it. We didn?t pay them directly. They were very attentive and very helpful. They stuck with us until the process was finished. There was nothing about them that we really disliked. A particular agent worked really hard and worked odd hours too. She had worked late nights to get contracts out. They were very committed to providing good service and were simply excellent.

I think we saw every home in our target neighborhoods that were within $50,000 of our goal purchase price between July 2009 and March 2010. She showed us houses on the weekends, during evenings after work, and whenever we could squeeze them in. That meant that she committed significant time and effort to selling us a house. In fact, I'm not sure her comission was totally worth it, but we truly appreciate all the work that she did for us! Karen provided excellent customer service and excellent knowledge about the Virginia real estate market.

Chris was the fifth agent I used in my home search in Alexandria, VA, due to a number of reasons. I found her through my bank's referral program. She was excellent and unflaggingly cheerful throughout my closing, even on my frustrated, grumpy days. She was always on time, provided sound advice, and quickly responded to any questions I had. She worked around my schedule, and we processed a lot of the paperwork by email and phone. She met me at the property multiple times, and even offered to help me paint the new place! I highly recommend her. She's very professional and knowledgeable.
