Stephen responded immediately and had a crew in there right away. Obviously with 5 feet of water in your basement you need to feel confident in the people you are using and are vulnerable to overcharging. Umpire strategized the best plan to save us money in terms of cleanup. The crew that workied on the house for 4 days were polite, thoughtful, and accommodating. Our neighbor had a similar situation and paid much more than we did.
