Home Inspection
Tim inspected our home for both the pre-drywall and pre-settlement. Recommend using your own inspector (Tim) for any new home purchase. He ran through all the systems (found a problem with the heater - it would have taken me 3 months to find that one when it got cold!).
Professional, on time - cared about changing shoes from unfinished and finished spaces every time, checked every outlet, window, etc.
