Went great - we set up an appointment to have technician look at the heat pump - it was easy to set up a date and time that was convenient for us and he was prompt.  Got back to us right away with a quote for a new heat pump (another company took days...and since temps were in the 20's and 30's, that was just too long!) .  Ordered a new heat pump and installed it the day he said he would, and it works fine.  Very professional, work done as promised, no drama!

Kennedy's heating and AC were very responsive to my request.  They called back the same day and set an appointment for the next morning which was very impressive.  They were punctual, answered all my questions and were able to fix the poor performance of my HVAC which needed freon, but also advised on things we could do to improve the general performance of system. 
I would definitely use Kennedy's again and highly recommend.

It went great. I highly recommend them. Danny, Matt, and Pete are honest, hardworking guys who are trustworthy and will go the extra mile to complete a job. My project involved an entire house rennovation, this included the HVAC system. They worked night and day to complete the work. Danny is a man of his word and their level of customer service is evident by how busy they are; they are never short on work !!

Every time that I have called him for his services, he has been punctual, very efficient and honest.

We had used Kennedy's Heating and A/C before for two late night/weekend emergencies, and were very impressed with their responsiveness, and the professionalism of the people who did the work, so when it became apparent that we needed to replace an aging furnace, we chose them to do this job too.
The work crew arrived on time, and completed the job as promised. In cutting a new hole through masonry for the air intake pipe, the outside of the wall suffered some minor damage. When Danny was told about it, he immediately sent a qualified contractor out to repair it with no hassle.
We would definitely recommend this company, and would use them again.

Danny Kennedy is the owner. They are wonderful people. They have been doing my heating and air at Wintergreen for over six years. They are very efficient. They always do the job right the first time.
