He is very helpful. He is handyman, he sees to it that sort of the whole thing is done so he might paint and do all the extra to make the room look nice, either have a mirror taken out, a window got broken, window cracking, he does everything to make sure everything is in shipshape when he leaves. He is fair.

He is wonderful and does a really nice job. They are always busy so are not always available; everybody likes them. He is very meticulous, honest and does his work himself; he does not hire any of it out. He also does carpentry so if I have any carpentry that needs to be done he can do that as well. He can do plastering and put up doors; he has a lot of skills and is very efficient. He is a very good painter.
