"I apologize for your experience. We are located in Central Virginia and have only worked in this area - never in South Carolina. We are a small company and have not had any employees who were smokers in the past 12 years. I was initially concerned because my deadline was approaching (had company coming and wanted a cooler room for them) and Gary had not responded with a time to come look at the project. But once this was set he was wonderful to work with. He arrived early for the estimate and was very professional. He clearly knows his stuff. The day of the work he arrived as promised with 2 men who quickly went to work. They were courteous, considerate and competent. The job came in under estimate and they left my house spotless. I will definitely use him again for any electrical work we require and would highly recommend him.

It went well, Gary Shanks is a conscientious electrician and a pleasant guy.
Prior to the residential work in this report I worked with Gary and Electrical Innovations on a professional project. He was subcontracted to wire a complex industrial conveyor system after my company installed it. From that experience I knew he is competent, thorough and takes the time to define the problem.
