Don Land Floor Systems

He arrived punctually, was very professional and polite.  He worked quickly but the result was excellent: my carpets look beautiful.  He took all the larger area rugs and cleaned and returned them within 3 days.  I was very pleased with the whole experience, the quality and the price of the work as well as Mr. Land's manner.

Entire home - start to finish - 20 minutes - there is no way they could have been well cleaned! (5 rooms). Only the furniture I moved was touched.

Don arrived right on time, was very professional, and cleaned the two rooms in question. Moving furniture was not an issue, and he did a great job. I will be using him again, and I highly recommend him.

Don was the consumate professional. He was available on short notice, was punctual, and dressed professionally. He did a wonderful job on the carpets, was very pleasant, and his prices cannot be beat. I actually felt like I should pay him more! He takes pride in his work, which is a rare find in the service industry today. I'm having him return next week to clean several more rooms. I wouldn't consider calling any other person for the job.

I contacted several companies that were listed in the Yellow Pages. Don was the most reasonably priced. We made an appointment for the same week and he arrived promptly at the arranged time. He was dressed professionally and very personable. I showed him the furniture and rug. There are some worn spots on one of the love seats so he pointed those out and assured me he would be careful with those areas. He was very thorough and careful with my possessions. The entire job took about 1.5 hours and cost $95.
