Poor communication. Poor vibe from Mr. Becerra -- unfriendly and uninterested. Crew was professional and efficient: in and out quickly. Their goal seemed to be very dependable; but their sights were set on doing a brisk, medium-quality job. If there were sticks and branches in a neat pile waiting to be removed, they normally left them -- because that wasn't part of their job. Likewise with: broken limbs & fallen limbs of modest size; cleaning up of shrubbery either partly or totally dead; no weeding whatsoever (although we did explicitly agree to that when we first met); and climbing ivy damaging mature hardwoods. The general idea (discussed at our first meeting) was do whatever it took to keep the yards spiffy, for $200 a month. What I got was super-swift, bare-bones mowing and blowing.
