"Good Morning [Member Name Removed], From the staff and management of B&T Kitchens and Baths, we sincerely apologize that we did not get right back to you as you were expecting. Jennifer informed me that she had been discussing your job with our remodeling Contractor to arrange a time for him to visit you at your home to give you a free in home consultation. We obviously did not live up to our "expectations" when you called back again to get an update. A person's word means everything and if we said we would call you right back, then that is exactly what we should have done. It is my understanding that Jennifer contacted you this morning and scheduled an in home consultation next Wednesday. Thank you for the opportunity to quote your bathroom remodel and possibly work with you even though we may not have given you the best first impression by not getting back to you as promptly as we said."
"It was our pleasure to help in the transformation of your bathroom remodel. You were such a delight to work with and we hope you are enjoying your amazing bathroom remodel. Thank you for the opportunity to work on your project."
everything went off as promised. They were great friendly and made our kitchen look like one out of a magazine.

"Dear A. Member, It appears we failed to give you a good first impression and on behalf of the staff and management, I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication. I must say this was not a Happy Monday for us when we saw your review. In our business, it doesn't matter who is right or who is wrong - if a customer ( or a potential customer like yourself) feels we missed an expectation, we take that to heart and our goal is to fix it. That being said, I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that I was surprised to receive your review on Angie's List. Our records show you contacted us on 2/2/2014 and by 2/05/14 our Contractor met with you at your home to review your space, and before he left your home, he gave you a quote. I recall him telling us how nice you were to him and he also mentioned how proud you were of all the DIY projects your husband had taken on himself. Since your husband had already tackled and completed most of the remodeling work prior to contacting us, he was able to give you a quote prior to leaving your home on the remaining work you needed to fix your bathrooms I recall our Contractor expressing how bad he felt that your husband had spent the time & money retiling the bathroom before deciding that you wanted to remove the Cast Iron tub. Regardless of the circumstances, I wanted to reach out to you to once again apologize for this misunderstanding. It is never a good day when a potential customer feels we missed expectations. We want Happy Customers and I am sorry we missed your expectations! :-)"
"Thank you for your kind review. We enjoyed working with you to provide you with quality cabinetry for your home. It was our pleasure to assist you with this remodel and we hope that you will contact us should you have any future projects."
