Our septic tank hadn't been cleaned out for many years. We suspected that it was full, so my husband called Walls Septic Service and talked with James Walls. He gave an estimate for the service and said that he could come the following day, which he did. He did a thorough job pumping out our septic tank. Not only was our tank full, but he found a tree root that probably had been in the tank for a long time and had possibly been missed by other septic companies in the past. He said that could have really caused more serious problems later. He was very nice and professional and made sure he gave us a receipt when we paid him his quoted price. We would definitely call him again for any future needs.
