sisted in tracking him down) he called and told me he had come to do the job but I wasn't home. He stated he began the job, but stepped into a hole and didn't want to take a chance on hurting himself and no one being there. According to my neighbors he was never there, and I had a couple of men come and check the property for holes and they found nothing. To this date, May 2013 he still refuses to even take my calls. I feel he not only took advantage of me because of my gender and age, but he straight out lied about his doings for this job. I not only would not recommend him, but I would especially discourage anyone of older age to even contact him because of his insistance and persasion of doing the job, then insisting to the point of aggrevation for up front payment. He is very encouraging and persauding on doing the job and getting the money up front, then disappears!
