Our house did not sell, but not do to anything that Matt did or did not do. The market is tough right now. We will be listing with him again.

Upon getting pre-approved, my wife and I called Matt Smith and advised him we were looking to purchase our first home. We advised him what we were looking for and in the price range we were comfortable with. Due to our different schedules, I advised Matt it would for difficult for my wife and me to look at homes at the same time. This was no problem! Matt came over the next day with 5 listings for me to look at and took me to each one. That afternoon he took my wife to see them as well. We loved one of the homes and advised Matt we wanted to make an offer. He came over the next day, we signed an offer. At that point the sellers and we were $17,000 apart. Matt helped us negotiate with the seller's agent over the next 3 days and we came to an agreement. We are in the progress of getting the home inspected, appraised and finalizing the loan now. Matt is helping us navigate this process with skill and professionalism. I cannot recommend Matt and Highlands Realty, Inc. enough.
