Cindy Hornsby was our realtor with Caleb Realty. This was the best no-pressure experience we have ever had with a realtor. We worked with her for 6 months to find the perfect home. She was willing to take us to as many houses as we chose. She listened very carefully to our comments between each other to quietly determine our tastes. She would say things like, "If I'm hearing you correctly, you don't like carpet, you want your kitchen to be an open area where you can entertain and you need a large room which will serve as your art studio." The most notable aspect of working with this agent is that she remained completely unbiased. Her goal was to find a home that fit our needs rather than pushing us to buy a home that didn't really fit just to make a sale. Cindy Hornsby is far and away the most ethical realtor we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She pays such attention to detail that nothing slipped past her. She kept up with closing detail, inspection issues, repair issues, everything. She managed to handle negotiations in a way that both the buyer and seller walked away with a positive experience. I cannot recommend this real estate agent enough. Frankly, she is the only real estate agent I've ever dealt with that I would recommend to a friend. She is one in a million.
