We currently live in the Tidewater area of Virginia and needed someone to maintain the lot until we were ready to build. I contacted Buster by phone after a search through the yellow pages and a personal referral. I spoke with him by phone and identified what I needed. He agreed to cut the grass when it was needed (he decides). Since we live over 300 miles from the lot we do not have a regular visit schedule. However, every time we have visited the lot we have found it well kept. The dollar amount shown is the yearly cost. We have used Buster for about two years. We needed someone reliable and trustworthy and have found it in Buster. I have never actually met Buster but look forward to it. Update: We began using Buster's services in 2007. Our most recent visit to the property was in Oct 2011. The pleasent surprise was no surprise. The lot was well maintained.
Description of Work: We have a vacant lot on which we intend to build within the next couple of years. There is about one acre of grass to cut that includes a rather steep drop on one end of the lot and a few rock outcroppings. The grass is mowed and the tall grass trimmed around the rocks once or twice a month depending on rainfall.
