Quick, efficient, and polite when checking my items in. Promised the items to be ready the next afternoon...and they were ready as promised. All items were returned clean and neatly pressed. I will definitely return.

When I got home from dropping the drapes off (a fifteen mile drive), there was a message from the cleaners on my answering machine. They wanted me to know that they could not clean the large tassled tiebacks that were in the bag with the drapes. I returned the call and explained that we had recently moved, and I was not aware that the tiebacks were in the bag, and they did not need to be cleaned. I appreciated their follow through and the phone call.
