 + -1 moreQuick, efficient, and polite when checking my items in. Promised the items to be ready the next afternoon...and they were ready as promised. All items were returned clean and neatly pressed. I will definitely return.

 + -1 moreWhen I got home from dropping the drapes off (a fifteen mile drive), there was a message from the cleaners on my answering machine. They wanted me to know that they could not clean the large tassled tiebacks that were in the bag with the drapes. I returned the call and explained that we had recently moved, and I was not aware that the tiebacks were in the bag, and they did not need to be cleaned. I appreciated their follow through and the phone call.
Description of Work: We recently moved to the area, so I did not know where to take a special pair of drapes that I purchased in England years ago to be cleaned. I took them to Abingdon Cleaners. The drapes have been cleaned at other places in other states, but have never been finished as nicely. They had been shortened in the past, and poorly hemmed. Abingdon Cleaners resewed the hems - a nice surprise, as I did not request this service. The people I dealt with were very friendly. I shall certainly return for any dry cleaning or alterations needs.
