Nightmare. A sales rep from TransNational arrived and gave me a business card for Nations Choice Windows. I asked what happened to TransNational and he said that they decided to change the name. 5 minutes later he handed me an iPad to write my name to get a proposal. Then he tried to pull up proposal on my computer. He couldn't bring it up so he said he would e-mail it to me. Nothing for 3 days. I called and he put proposal in my mail slot on Friday. It said TransNational not Nations Choice Windows. It was a signed contract which had to be responded to by Sat. midnight by Certified Mail. No one answered phone or responded to my letter complaining about this con job.

This was by far my WORST business experience ever. Everything seemed fine until my townhouse next door neighbor discovered that the TransNational installers had damaged his siding. The company would not return phone calls. Eventually after repeated emails from both my neighbor and me, they replied to essentially say that we were lying and they didn't cause any damage. Finally they came out, but they did not show nor call when expected, showed up at 6:50 the next morning without calling first, parked their unmarked van and got on my roof - I was awakened by the sound of people on my roof - with no identifiable clothing and did not speak nor seem to understand ANY English at all. In communication with the company president, John Kim, he called me a liar and threatened to charge me $500 for repairing his own damage - which he still claims not to have caused - and refused to send me the hard copy of my warranty which I was repeatedly promised. This company has no customer service, no ethics nor morals, and resorted to elementary school playground bully behavior. I cannot say STRONGLY ENOUGH - call another company!! All I wanted was a roof and I ended up with a nightmare!! Call someone who CARES about their customers and has enough integrity to admit when a mistake is made - we ALL make them....
