The work he performed was done well. However, while performing at my house, my neighbor hired him to do work for her. She paid him in advance and 2 months later, he still hasn't done the work. He was dealing with some personal issues, which I completely respect, but he has been completely unresponsive to phone calls and texts and has not returned the money to my neighbor.
