The owner came and was dressed very nice and was very friendly. They took them and were all down in 5-6 hours, they came on time and brought them back on time. They were very respectful about being in my house.

He is just great. He always shows up when he says that he will. I have had him cleaning my carpets for a few years now. He is excellent to work with. I have referred him to some of my friends. He is very professional.
