Lighting was installed as requested. I was given a demonstration of how the lights worked when the electrician finished, and he demonstrated on one light that there was a dimmer switch on each light to adjust the level of illumination.
After he left, I noticed that one of the lights did not function and adjust as he indicated. I immediately contacted him and his text back to me read as follows: "OK, I'll have to check it out. Maybe the switch is defective. I'll let you know if I am ever in your area and we can work something out." I'm not sure what there is to "work out"... He did a job, expected pay, which he received immediately and deposited into his account right away. Then I am told he will get to me "if he is in my area again." Wow... Poor customer service.
Another issue that came up was that the painting contractors that were there working had said something about all the drywall dust he made when feeding the electrical through the walls. He responded that it wasn't his job to clean up. The painters were truly taken aback and called their contractor that hired them all. He left leaving me with the clean up.

Overall, they were a good company, but their price could have been better.

I was very happy with them. They responded very quickly, and they were able to do the job when they came instead of having to come back at another time. They were very quick too. They neatly removed and stored my Christmas lights and they were reasonably priced.
