Broderick Construction Inc

Broderick Construction was professional, courteous, and on-time throughout the project. They were great during every phase including; design, estimating, design revisions to meet budget, construction, and follow-up with additional work requested during and after the major project was completed. No matter what we asked for they provided direction and pricing. We felt Broderick was honest in all our dealings with them. On several "allowance" items they actually gave us what they were able to save back as a credit. WOW! I am a retired Engineer and managed construction for over 25 years. Broderick surpased my expectations in every way possible. One sentence to sum up Broderick- PROFESSIONAL EXCELENCE WITH A SMILE.

They were professional and did a beautiful job. They were easy to work with. I'd recommend them highly!

Leaky, ancient roof demanded replacement before inclement weather arrived again! Broderick Construction one of several who advertised themselves as roofers with free estimates. We were especially interested in working with them because we'd known the family for years. Unfortunately, when I spoke with Dan, he lollygagged about, seemingly unable to commit to a time or the work, saying he'd call back with a time in a few days (!) but didn't think they did roofing. Several days later, Dan called back with our appointed time. The day / time came ... and went ... but brothers Dan and Kevin Broderick were no shows, and we'd received no courtesy call of explanation. Clearly they weren't interested or were too busy elsewhere, so we wasted no more time and hired an excellent, experienced roofer, who was interested and eager to get working. You'd think that's where this story should end, right? Well, 13 days after our so-called appointment, we received a phone call from a guffawing Dan who laughingly stated, and quot;I guess we missed our appointment, but I went fishing instead and just thought I'd come by later.and quot; WHAT? Calmly, we informed him of the long-ago-made doctors' appointments and other events we'd canceled in order to meet His schedule. And, while we're not certain, by the thick wall of silence on his end when we informed him we'd hired someone else who was eager to work with us, we think he may have swallowed his tongue.

. The follow up from Broderick Construction Inc was not great. They did not provide the quote. They said that it would take them time to provide me with one. But I did not hear from them. Maybe the client heard back from them. The mortgage/ loan officer help clients find someone who could do some re-modeling work on the house for this loan that they are giving. So Broderick may have called the client back and given him the quote. When I talked to him about a week after he was in the property he still did not have the quote together. That seemed a little bit long to me for providing something. So it is possible that he could provide a quote in the end. I would not use them in the future.

He is great in communicating with you so you’re both on the same page when it comes to the work. The workers they hire are very nice to be around and are courteous as well. Kevin is great about solving problems.
