An appointment was made. The rep showed up on time and accessed my attic. After looking in the attic we sat down and discussed what he felt needed to be done. I asked questions about different types of insulation and why there's was better then others and he went into great detail to explain the different types and why he recommended the one he would be blowing in my attic. I agreed to have it done and signed the contract.
The day came and just like the representative, the installers were professional and very conscientious making sure not to track stuff on my carpets, and were very punctual.
They were quick and efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. When they left my home was clean and undisturbed.
I would definitely use them again and I would refer them to any of my friends and family.
