They left a truckload of heavy logs in my driveway and they refuse my phone calls. I am a disabled veteran and cannot dispose of these logs. R & T Tree Service Enterprise, LLC 2986 W Lehman Ave Apt 412 West Valley City, UT 84119

This company agreed to complete a yard xeriscape project already started by the homeowner. William Penetito ("Tito") received $8000 to "start the project and purchase materials." He ordered pea gravel, which was not requested. had it dumped in the street in front of the home and never paid the rock company. He completed approximately 5% of the wok promised. The installation of the unwanted pea gravel was started but was subsequently redone by the homeowner because it was not done properly. Pea gravel was dumped on the road in front of the home resulting in a citation from the city to the homeowner. Sixty six year old homeowner and his sister (fighting cancer) had to move 7000 pounds of gravel out of the street by hand because Tito never returned despite multiple promises to do so. The rock company has threatened a lien on the home if not paid. When served for the lawsuit, Mr. Penitito sent an angry text to the homeowner despite his failure to respond to multiple text messages and phone calls during the previous weeks. Mr, Penitito was actually shocked and angry that the homeowner was suing him! When "Tito" no-showed for the online court case, a default judgement was obtained in court on 11/10/22. Collecting it may prove futile. This company and these individuals are thieves and cheats. They have cost the homeowner money time and more labor than it would have taken to complete the project alone in the first place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THESE INDIVIDUALS!!!
