He's a very busy guy, took a few days to respond to my message, but came when he said he would, very thorough in his evaluation and explained everything. He didn't have an expansion tank with him, but swapped a new one out that I just had to run to Home Depot and pickup. Called me back a few days after installing the new pressure regulator to see how things were going and if the issue was resolved. He actually came back to followup on an ongoing issue I contacted him about with my hot water in my kitchen sink. Ended up not being a related issue to the pressure regulator and he didn't charge anything for coming out to followup. Price was fair and overall did a great job.

He is professional, quick, reasonably priced, and he is friendly. He does the work he says he is going to do and nothing more. You cannot ask for more than that.

I purchased a Rheem hot water heater from Akron Plumbing thru an advertised special on Angie's List on Friday afternoon. Aaron called me a few hours later and scheduled to install it on Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.. He told me that prior to installing the water heater he would have to insure that our water lines and natural gas hookups were up to code. A hand tightened shutoff valve, water pressure regulator, and water expansion tank on the main water line, as well as a hand tightened shutoff valve on the gas line are required to meet code. Aaron arrived to install the water heater on Monday and found we had no water pressure regulator or water expansion tank on the main line so he installed both of them while he installed the water heater. After everything was hooked up he lit the pilot light and turned up the heater only to discover the exhaust from the heater was not going up the flu as it should. Aaron was very concerned and would not leave our house until he was sure that the flu venting problem was resolved. He made a number of calls and was able to get another person to come out and climb onto our roof to check the exit flu. They pulled the birds nest off the top to discover that the flu pipe was being blocked by debris in the pipe. Aaron opened up the flu inside the house and discovered it was blocked by crumbling brick and mortar that had fallen into the flu from the chimney when the chimney cap had been blown off in a recent storm. He cleaned out the flu and had his partner check it from the top to make sure everything was out of it before sealing everything up again. This time when he lit the water heater it vented properly and within 15 minutes we had hot water. Thanks again to Aaron who went out of his way to make sure my house was safe before he left!!

The work was done very well, Aaron was very helpful, he offered me the best bid among all 2 others, I was so impressed with his quality and honesty during the time I had him and his crew at the house working. He did a beautiful job and the best price. I would highly recommend his business.

The water heater he replaced was 75 gallon unit. Aaron recommended a 50 gallon unit and I agreed. He and his 2 helpers had to transport my old water heater from my basement townhouse to the street. It was a huge job. Aaron added a shutoff valve and marked the pipes so I would know which valves to turnoff if my hot water or water softener ever leaks again. Aaron is without a doubt the MOST HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PLUMBER I HAVE EVER USED. I have used Aaron for 15 years and he has always exceed my expectations. Thank you Aaron. You are awesome. HJ
