The Roof Doctor

I would highly recommend The Roof Doctor. After initially visiting with Cory, their hard working crews replaced our old roof, which had two layers, in rapid time in very professional manner. They cleaned up each night and were pleasant to have around. Comparing the time other roofers are taking in our area, The Roof Doctor got our job done in half of the time.

This was a great experience.  Corey scheduled me quickly, bid less than I expected, brought a courteous crew. The job encountered unexpected problems and couldn't be finished on day 1 as expected, but the men rearranged and were back the next day to complete the job, which has been without any problems. Cleanup was good as well.

When I called I was advised they were booked out a week for estimates, which had been the answer from most places I called. We made the appointment for the following week with a half hour window.  The estimator called to let me know when he was heading my way for the appointment. He arrived within the window, I identified where the problem was and he let me know a written proposal would be emailed and that they were booked out approx a week for repairs. A detailed proposal was emailed to me by the end of the day. When I called to say I wished to proceed with the work, I was told (again) they were approx a week out. I appreciated they clearly set timeline expectations. This timeline was also in line with what I heard from other companies.  A repairman came out 6 days later, he took the time to inform me of another roofing concern he found while up on the roof. He showed me pictures of the damage so I could clearly understand the issue, and he had checked in with the office to find out the cost ahead of time so I could make an informed decision to proceed with the second repair or not.  The Roof Doctor was professional and reasonable to work with.

Roof doctor completed services as the bid listed.  They were booked out a ways so work didn't start for almost 2 months.  But once started they completed the job quickly even though the job was over a weekend and didn't work on Sunday.  They cleaned up the old shingles and swept nails from drive way and walks.  I do keep finding nails in the grass which is not been a good thing since they've been found by stepping on them.  But overall the experience was good and I would use them again.

It was a good experience. They cleaned up well - there was nothing left. I had no complaints.

It went really well. They came early in the morning and left late. They finished the job early. They were very professional and took every precaution to protect our property and cleaned up after themselves each night. Highly recommend them! Love the look of the roof and have had many compliments from neighbors. Also had several neighbors comment on the professionalism of the workers.

Cory put in sky lights and vents on the roof of my barn. He did it just as I requested it be done and also gave me advice as to where the best place to put these lights and vents. I was impressed with the kind of shingles he installed for me. The color was just what i wanted and it looks very good.

He also framed the barn and put a loft in it as well. He gave us the room we needed for storage and everything has a place.
He built a work bench for me to do all my plants and extra work I have outside to do.
He found the best way to level the barn for me and took great care to make sure all was just as it should be.
I have been looking forward to having this barn and have waited for along time. Now it is completed I couldn't be happier and it is just what I have always wanted.
