Moleni is very nice, and a great guy to work with. However, the job is not finished, and they left a very essential structural post out of place. They said they would go back to finish the project once they got paid, but did not. Due to this reason, I cannot recommend Real Property Contractor, LLC.

Remove and replace settled section of sidewalk, demo and haul away old concrete patio and stair, bring road base to grade. Moleni responded to my request for estimate promptly. Work was done well and on time. We are happy.

Nothing against Moleni personally. He is a nice guy and he means well, but his crew, a new concrete truck driver, and the concrete dumpster company all failed him on our driveway and porch. The pour was slow, the finished work on a few of the squares of concrete was sadly lacking, some of the lines were a little crooked, they ran out of sunlight, and there was concrete splatter all over our garage door, porch railing, wishing well, and gutter. Two concrete dumpsters were dropped off in front of our house two weeks prematurely and then remained in front of our house several days after the project was completed. A total eye sore, mess, and inconvenience for us and our neighbors. We understand that concrete is a messy job and that it is challenging to make everything look perfect, but the finished product was nothing to brag about. Very doubtful we would choose this company again for future concrete projects.

I was surprised by how fast they were to complete my concrete installation. Looks good.

Very hard-working team. Clearly wanted to please us and worked 2 hrs past sundown to complete the finishing job. Didn't bring lights so I loaded them my flood light. We are glad that we hired them!

They did everything that I asked for and did alot more .

Moleni was excellent to work with! He strives to do excellent work and worked with me on pricing and at the end of the day I ended up giving a bonus because his customer service was so great! I plan on using him again for my other projects down the road.
